Knitting After Hours?

To knitters out there would you like to have a shop where you can shop, knit and meet after work? Opening a knitting shop that would open at 5p.m. and close at 10 p.m. (in NYC-the City that never Sleeps!!!) One can shop, knit, learn to knit and meet up with friends after work and early on the weekends. Let me know what you think.

LOVE the idea and wish someone would do that here in Minnesota! It would be even better if you could tie in some kind of gourmet coffee to sip and knit with and big comfy chairs. Go for it!
