Where Can I Find A Victorian Era Knitting Needle Conversion Size Chart?

I can't seem to find my chart and I'm wanting to start a Civil War era pattern that calls for No. 15 needles, does anyone happen to have a chart saying around what size that would be today?

If you go to the following web site they have a conversion chart. Just click on it and you can see all of the sizes. It doesn't have 15, does have 12 (which is 17) and 16 (which is 19) I would say it would probably be 18.
