Does this material look like it might be cheap or scratchy?

I'm wanting a second opinion on this so help would be appreciated! Okay, so if you zoom in on this pic, does it look like the material might be cheap or scratchy? It's for a present and obviously it's not cheap so I don't want it to be rubbish quality!
