Types of Trade Show Displays

Every business advertising its product or service at a trade show feels the pressure to stand out and have a high brand recall. For successful marketing at trade shows, it is crucial that the display systems (fabric displays, pop-ups displays, custom displays etc) you choose align with your corporate image and advertise your product effectively. Here are some of the commonly used trade show displays that you can consider for your next trade show.

Pop-up displays: Pop-up displays are probably the most commonly used exhibits in trade shows across the world. Owing to their simple design, consisting of magnetic panels and geodesic frames, pop-up displays are easy to assemble. They are available in a variety of configurations. The artwork is printed on the fabric material through direct printing or dye sublimation. For stand-out, shaper images, direct printing is ideal. The graphics are embedded into the fabric (cotton or silk) using a steam process. Dye sublimation uses heat transfer to bond the graphics into polyester fibers. This printing process creates softer images that appear more realistic.

Such displays are made from eco-friendly dyes and recyclable, bio-degradable fabric. They are extremely durable and easily machine-washable. These lightweight displays can be set-up with ease and in a matter of minutes. A fabric display creates more impact at indoor exhibitions when compared to vinyl, which works better in outdoor promotions.

Tabletop displays: Tabletop displays are ideal for smaller trade show venues. They are used extensively in business fairs. A table top display consists of a counter/table with an eye-catching visual backdrop. The table can be utilized for presentation, promotional literature or any form of registration. Such displays are available in a number of shapes and sizes. You can go for fabric or graphic panels, vertical or horizontal configurations or fully-customized displays.

They are extremely affordable and simple to set-up by a single person under one minute. Tabletop displays prove that you don't have to compromise on creativity and effective product advertising in a limited space.

Custom modular displays: Custom modular displays consist of frames/ structures than can be reduced or expanded to create fresher exhibits and newer forms. Multiple configurations are possible with the same components. The display can be customized per your unique advertising needs- monitors, podiums, lighting, shelves, backlit graphics, audio-visual equipment can be added to create a one-of-a-kind display system.

Hanging displays/signs: The great thing about hanging signs is that it is hard not to notice them in the trade show venue. Hanging from the ceiling or suspended above the crowd, they catch the attention of visitors instantly. Such displays are available in a number of shapes, including tapered circles, pinwheel, cone, sphere, 3-sided pyramid and several others.
