Recycled Silk Afghan

Pattern: Mango Moon Fringe Throw Pattern.
Yarn: Recycled Sari Silk. About 800 yards or so, held together with mohair. I used a couple of hanks of Walk in the Woods mohair, a ball of crystal palace mohair, and some other mohair that I had laying around.
Needles: Denise interchangables size 15.

6 30 afghan

Not much to say about this. It’s pretty straightfoward knitting. Cast on and knit forever, then fringe. I’m not a fan of recycled silk and will probably never use it again. I wouldn’t use it for anything that goes next to the body because there is lots of debris spun into the yarn.
