Worn as a scarf


worn as a shawl (some stitches still needed to be dropped)

I love this shawl scarf and wear it all the time. It’s very versatile. I like to wear it when I go for walks on the beach. It gives me just the right amount of warmth. Silk Garden was a really good choice of yarn, I think. I got the idea after reading the blog Dogs Steal Yarn and wonderful post entitled 13 ways of looking at Clapotis (The author used silk garden for her own Clapotis). I loved the way the striping of the yarn contrasts with the bias of the dropped stitches.
