Here is a little cell phone cozy that I knitted over the weekend for Raffa’s new cell phone. He actually came up with the design on the front. I gave him some graph paper and told him to come up with whatever he wanted. He also came up with a way for him to connect a money clip on the back so that he could clip it on his pants. My camera ran out of batteries (as you can see from the blurriness of the image) so I couldn’t take a picture of the back.

So I was lying in bed on Thursday morning thinking about a way I could knit up a cozy for my palm pilot and keyboard. I wanted something with a little handle and a divider inside. I couldn’t quite figure out how I was going to do the divider, So I went online and found this pattern. I knitted it up and tried my hand at felting it. Here is a picture:
After it dried I decided that, while cute, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. After knitting the small felted bag above, I learned how I could create the partition easily. Here is my little creation:
I’m so proud of myself! I think this is the first thing I have ever really thought about and created on my own. I guess neccessity really is the mother of invention!
