10 6 apricot backI actually wore it today…It did stretch out a bit, which is good. It’s not really all that small, I guess. I think it’s supposed to fit snuggly. It just really accentuates a certain part of the female anatomy, one in which I am very self consious :) . I like it best unbuttoned.

This was such an easy knit. The pattern was a tiny bit difficult to understand, but once you understand the logic behind the design it’s very easy to figure out, I think. I really like the design. Very stylish and fun. I think this would look really good in black. But, then, I think everything looks better in black. I just kind of felt like knitting something a bit more colorful than what I’m used to. And this is definately bright and colorful.

I hate these pictures of me in this sweater, tho. ugh! I will need to work on more flattering poses :) .

Wow! What a pretty color. I think I have some of that stashed away; I’m inspired to pull it out. I think you look great! I like the tiny buttons you picked out.

I hate having my picture taken. I always slouch and seeing myself standing there looking schlumpy is the worst! Posture, posture, Karma! But you always look fabu in your blog pics.

Hey, it’s Friday in a couple of hours… enjoy the weekend!

Lovely, Moni! Truly. Such a wonderful colour too. I think your pictures look wonderful (but I know what you mean about that certain part of the female anatomy — I share the same self-consciousness! But you know what they say about being our own worst critics :) )

Here’s what my dad used to do - slap me on my back whenever he caught me slouching. And then I picked up a tip from my instructor when I took golf lessons- Imagine your head on a pole. That’ll keep that back nice and arched. Beautiful sweater btw.
