Here

I made it! got here at around 1:00 pm on Sunday. My inlaws have been visiting here for a few days and we’ve been showing them around. My knitting stuff has been sitting like that for three days and I haven’t knitted a stitch! It’s been soooo friggen hot here. I can’t even think about knitting, to be honest. I’m going to miss foggy Santa Cruz where it stays 70 degrees (or so) all year round
. I am having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that I don’t live there anymore. This is really nice, though. We have lots of space and we live near some really beautiful parks. I think it will be a good thing.

Welcome home! Even though moving’s a big pain, it’s kind of nice to re-organize all your stuff. And you’ll have to tell us all about the new job.

a new home - how exciting! when big things change quick, it can seem so surreal, but don’t worry, that’ll pass very soon, i’m sure
