No FO

I so wish I had an FO to show you! I was really hoping that I would burn through my glitzy MIL stole, but no such luck. Here is my progess on that, though:

I’m getting sick of knitting this. I hate knitting with this yarn. It sucks. It looks pretty, though. But since I hate knitting with this yarn so much, I have disdain for this project. The prettiness is lost in my irritation. I’ll be glad when this is done.

So I forgot to mention last week that I finished that hella long panel for my Bertie bag, Finally! I got really sick of knitting THAT, too. I finished that mofo and guess what I did with the yarn and the Bertie pieces? Check it out:

Yes I put it in a paper sack so that it would dissappear into the recesses of my mind for awhile. I don’t want to even look at it for a long, long time. Ugh. I hated knitting that.

Now, on my Audrey progress. I reached the increases last night, and understand the confusion over what to do with them. I scoured the Audrey-Along blog and I think I figured it out…But we’ll see. I am going to just keep going and hope that what I’m doing is right. Here is where she is:

I am actually enjoying this project so far! It is really keeping my attention. Calmer is nice to knit with, too. Weird, but nice.

I finally got my brochure for Stitches West the other day. The early-bird registration ends on Dec. 5th! Way to send the brochure in time I will probably go to it and take two classes. I’m not sure which ones. I think I will take one on finishing since I suck in that area. If I don’t take any classes I will for sure go to the marketplace. I better start saving my money now .
