My new project

I started a new project that I have been wanting to try. It is in Elizabeth Zimmerman’s book, Elizabeth Zimmermann’s Knitting Workshop. She calls it a Pereline, but to me it looks like a cape. It is knitted in garter stitch with double increases every second row 1/6 from each end and in the middle. I am using different colors, as the picture in the book does. I’m only on the collar, which is cream. I will post a photo tommorrow. I will also post a photo of a boring blue scarf I finished over the weekend.
